Description

Xypex Concentrate is a dry powder applied as a cementitious slurry coat to above or below grade concrete to prevent the penetration of water and other liquids from any direction. It causes a catalytic reaction that produces a non-soluble crystalline formation within the pores and capillary tracts of concrete. Xypex Concentrate uses include reservoirs, containment structures, vaults, tunnels, foundations, parking structures, pools, and more. It resists extreme hydrostatic pressure from positive or negative surfaces, is an integral part of substrate, can seal static hairline cracks up to 0.4mm, is non-toxic, is highly resistant to chemicals, allows concrete to breathe, and is permanent. Xypex Concentrate does not puncture or tear, does not require protection during backfilling, and is not subject to deterioration. This is a 60-pound pail of Xypex Concentrate.
