Xypex Modified is a applied as a second coat to reinforce Xypex Concentrate, or applied by itself to dampproof the exterior of foundation walls. This product is used to waterproof, protect, and repair concrete. XYPEX Modified has many advantages, including its ability to resist extreme hydrostatic pressure and seal static hairline cracks. It can be applied to the positive or the negative side of the concrete surface. Uses include reservoirs, water and wastewater treatment plants and sewage systems, underground vaults, foundations, bridges, retaining walls, and parking structures.
